BOOKING CONDITIONS  (Always read the small print...)

1. Reservations are made per payment of a deposit of 50% (fifty percent) of the course(s). There will be no refunds. The reservation will only be     considered final when the full amount is paid in. Payment of the complete sum automatically confirms the reservation.

2. By marking “WCCC + your name on the bank transfer slip, the person who makes the reservation confirms that (s)he has read and understood these conditions as set out in the brochures and in the websites www.aaep.info and www.taichi-luismolera.de and confirms her or his agreement to them.

3. Should someone who has made a reservation or has had one confirmed, decide to cancel it for any reason, (s)he may transfer it to any other person of her or his choice.

4. There will be no refunds for persons not attending the course.

5. Confirmation or other notification of reservations will not be sent. Only in the case of the course being booked up or canceled for any reason, will people be informed by telephone or e-mail. Should this be the case, all received deposits will be fully and promptly refunded.

6. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost belongings or for any kind of damage to persons or things.

7. The organisers reserve the right of admission. Spectators are not permitted. Video filming or photographing are not allowed, with the exception of the final group photo.

8. The  course fees are valid up to and including the dates stipulated above. All reservations made after these dates will be charged the difference (see  FEES above).

9. The list of participants will be drawn up according to the dates of the payments made into our account. Reservations made verbally or by e-mail will not be considered valid without a receipt.

10. Persons who reserve must provide up-to-date particulars. Should the organisers have to  communicate any last-minute changes but are not in possession of these, they cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused.  These particulars will only be used for this and similar courses and will not be revealed to third parties.

IMPORTANT:

Grand Master Chen gives 50 minute classes, followed by a 10 minutes break during which it is possible to continue individual practice.

If you have questions, please ask them during the seminar, whan everybody can hear the answers, NOT during master Chen's rest periods.

If you are all and/or broad, please do not stand in front. Thank you.

Master Chen starts his classes punctually so please arrive 10 minutes before the starting time.

The classes are given in English with a simultaneous translation to Spanish by Luis Molera or someone he designates. Much of the course consists of movement and translation is thus largely unnecessary.
